Doctor C. Mark Millsap earned his Bachelor of Science degree from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, and both his Medical and Master’s Degrees from the University of Oklahoma. He furthered his education and training by completing his residency at Texas A&M, as well as a vitreoretinal fellowship at LSU. Doctor Millsap has state licensures in Kentucky and Indiana, and he was certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology in 1994 and again in 2004. He has twenty-one years of experience in the vision care industry, and he is part of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Kentucky Academy of Eye Physicians and Surgeons, and the Kentucky Medical Association.
Doctor Millsap began his post at The Vision Care Center in 2000, and has twenty-one years of experience in the vision care industry. With so many patients seeking treatment for their eyes from The Vision Care Center, it is a challenge to make a positive change for each patient, but doing so is the most fulfilling part of Dr. Millsap’s career. He places great value on the caring staff and talented doctors at The Vision Care Center who support and encourage each other to be at their best.
