About Our Practice

The Vision Care Center is a physician owned private practice. TVCC was established on October 1st, 2008 which was formerly known as the Welborn Clinic Vision Center for 24 years. We have 5 optometrists and 3 ophthalmologists.

Most doctors work out of our two locations. One location is located within downtown Deaconess Clinic on 4th Street in Evansville and the other location,  the Gateway Health Center Building on Deaconess Gateway campus in Newburgh.
